Our goods and services are offered subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Product & Packaging
Product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. If necessary we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item directly as the majority of our orders are time critical and we may not have time to contact you. If time is available we will attempt to contact you.
Postage & Delivery
Postage is extra. Delivery to the United Kingdom includes the U.K. mainland and Northern Ireland. Prices and delivery methods to all areas outside the United Kingdom will vary.
Prices
All our prices are in GBP Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the UK rate (15%). If you are eligible to claim back the sales tax, please contact us so that we may supply you with a VAT receipt.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Paypal, Cheque / Bankers Draft. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for orders not being despatched at the requested time as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary payment details have been provided and that sufficient funds are available to make the payment.
LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMER
All our products are packed and dispatched with the utmost care and leave our hands in perfect condition, therefore, we are unable to take responsibility if any part of a gift is broken in transit by circumstances beyond our control.
